There is nothing more fulfilling than living out the will of God for our lives. In the will of God is where there is protection. In the will of God is where there is provision. In the will of God is where the blessings are.
Along with redemption through Christ Jesus (full redemption from every curse listed in the Law: Deuteronomy 28:15-68), we have also received the blessing of Abraham. As it it written:
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written, “CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON A TREE”— in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. —Galatians 3:13-14
God said to Abraham and Isaac, “…in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed.” (Genesis 22:18, Genesis 26:4)
God promised Jacob that he would be the ancestor of kings (Genesis 35:11).
In Revelation 1:6 God reveals to us that he has made us kings and priests in His kingdom! Hallelujah!
- We are a blessed bunch of people, endeavoring to be led by the Holy Spirit, and living out the will of God for our lives!
- We are kings and priests in the Kingdom of God set out to accomplish His will on earth.
- We are Ambassadors for Christ, commissioned to declare that the Kingdom of God is at hand and to make disciples of all nations.
As Gatekeepers who hold the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven, our identity is in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:12).
